Garage and House Damaged in Marion County Fire

Fire Wednesday damages a garage and house off Route U between Palmyra and Monroe City.
Palmyra Fire Chief Gary Crane says the fire started in a garage and spread to the nearby house. There is fire damage to the deck and siding on the house. The garage and contents are a total loss. No injuries are reported.
