A Frankford man is in the Pike County, Missouri Jail on burglary and theft charges.

The Pike County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest October 15 of 42-year-old Chris Riddle.

Deputies responded to a report of a residential burglary on Route B east of Frankford October 7. The investigation led officers to Riddle’s home, where they found a grill that had been reported stolen from New London.

When Riddle was taken into custody, detectives reportedly found items that had been taken from a residence in Atlas, Illinois.

Riddle faces charges of burglary and theft in both Pike County Missouri and Illinois, along with Missouri charges of possession of stolen items and Illinois charges of criminal damage to property. Charges are still pending in Ralls County.

Riddle is being held on $50,000 bond.
