Former Culver Student Gets Probation for Felonious Restraint
A former Culver Stockton College student gets probation in connection with an on campus incident last fall.
19 year old Maxwell Webber of St. Louis received five years’ probation and a seven year suspended sentence in Lewis County Circuit Court Monday.
Webber pleaded guilty in June to a reduced charge of felonious restraint, after having been charged originally with unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.
Webber is alleged to have pulled a handgun on another student in a parking lot near Joe Charles Fieldhouse last November, resulting in the campus being placed on lockdown.
