Quincy Police and Adams County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating forgery cases.

Quincy Police say two individuals entered a Quincy financial institution Thursday and cashed checks containing forged information. Police say both checks were actual checks that had been altered.  Police say one of the individuals is a white female in her early 30s with blond hair and a medium build. The other is a white male in his early 30s… 5’10” to six feet tall and 175 to 200 pounds with brown hair and a goatee.

Adams County deputies say a white male attempted to cash a 27-hundred dollar check in a bank in the county on Thursday afternoon. As bank employees were checking the validity of the check… deputies say the male left the bank in a black passenger car. Deputies say he had a Kentucky drivers license.
