Fire Damages a House in the New London Area

Fire Wednesday afternoon heavily damages a house in the New London area.
A mail carrier saw flames coming from a house at 12666 Thornberry Road. No one was home at the time of the fire. Hannibal Rural firefighters and fire crews from New London and the Hannibal Fire Department assisted. Hannibal Rural Fire Chief Mike Dobson says firefighters believe a wood stove sparked the fire.
