Edina Man Killed in Lewis County Crash Tuesday

An Edina man is dead from injuries suffered in a single vehicle crash on Highway 6 west of Durham in Lewis County at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The Highway Patrol reports 44 year old Joseph Powers was eastbound when his SUV ran off the road and struck a tree, coming to rest on its side.

Powers was pronounced dead at the scene the next morning by Lewis County Coroner Larry Arnold.
