East State Street Crash

A one car crash at 63rd and State east of Quincy at 2:40 this (MON) morning results in minor injuries and charges for the juvenile male driver. Adams County Sheriff’s deputies say they arrived on scene to find that the driver could not be located. A short time later… the driver and two passengers returned to the scene. Deputies say  the driver was arrested for driving too fast for conditions… leaving the scene of an accident… no valid drivers license and consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was released to a parent as was a juvenile passenger. Another passenger—18 year old Miracle Parrish of Quincy was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant.
