A series of drug take back events are planned around northeast Missouri.
Northeast Missouri Narcotics Task Force agents are providing an opportunity for you to safely dispose of medications no longer being used. Previous take back events have removed thousands of prescription pills from the streets. Take back events are planned Tuesday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Hannibal Clinic and from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. Tuesday at Hannibal Regional Hospital. You can also drop off unused medications at the Monroe City Senior Nutrition Center on Thursday April 27th between 10 a.m. and noon. Another drug take back event is planned for Saturday, April 29th at the Palmyra County Market between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
