Thanks to Tim Layton for this new video share where he finds the wild horses in Shannon County, Missouri.

Eminence, Missouri has a site dedicated to these amazing wild animals. There is a Wild Horse League which defends the Missouri horses which are apparently the only 2 packs in the Midwest.

If you're thinking "wow, I'd love to go see wild horses", Tim has made a helpful map showing how to find them. The area where he found this Missouri wild horse pack is just to the northeast of Eminence, Missouri. He recommends wearing boots, bringing bug spray and a telephoto lens if you're a photographer as it's not easy to get this close to the horses and it wouldn't be a good idea for their welfare either.

These horses are kind of famous as The Washington Post even did a story on them a few years ago. Horse celebrities. Go figure.

Nothing quite like seeing animals like this running free in the wild. It's like America used to be and many wish would be again.
