All things chocolate will be celebrated in downtown Hannibal on Saturday, March 8, when the 4th annual Chocolate Extravaganza hits town.

Just about all the businesses in the downtown historic district will have some kind of chocolate related special for the day.

To fully appreciate the experience, passports and coupon books can be purchased for the day. A passport is $20 and it includes five certificates you can redeem for any of over two dozen special items and/or events, along with coupons for deals and discounts at participating businesses.

The Chocolate Extravaganza is the creation of the Hannibal Historic Marketing Council. Paul Lewellen is the current president of the HHMC board.
