(JEFFERSON CITY)--The Missouri House has approved a bill that would give people the right to not wear a helmet while on a motorcycle.
It would apply to people ages 21 and older. The law currently requires motorcyclists to wear helmets or face fines of up to 300 dollars for a first offense.
The measure still needs one more vote in the House before going to the Senate.
