Center Woman Dies, Driver Ticketed in Ralls County Crash

A passenger is killed and the driver is ticketed as the result of a single vehicle crash on Ralls County Route F east of Center at 2:20 a.m. Saturday.

The Highway Patrol reports 24 year old Logan Fowler of Center was southbound when his pickup ran off the road and struck a tree.

Fowler’s passenger, 34 year old Ashley Myers, also of Center, was pronounced dead by Ralls County Coroner Robert Van Winkle.

Fowler was air lifted to University Medical Center in Columbia for treatment of moderate injuries.

Fowler was also ticketed for DWI death of another, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless and imprudent driving.
