Carpenters Tribute Show in Hannibal Thursday Night

The second show of the 2014-15 Hannibal Concert Association pays homage to one of  the most popular musical duos of the 60s and 70s Thursday, October 9.

"Close to You - Music of the Carpenters," features Lisa Rock and a six piece band, as they recreate the music of Karen and Richard Carpenter. Information and anecdotes about the Carpenters and their music will also be a part of the program.

Showtime is 7:30 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church on West Ely Road. Tickets for non-season ticket holders are $20 for adults and $5 for students.
