Cards’ Miller Pitches One-Hitter

(St. Louis)--Cardinal hurler Shelby Miller pitched a remarkable game last night, with one of the best performances ever seen in St. Louis.  He gave up a bloop single to the Colorado Rockies leadoff hitter in the first inning, but then retired the next 27 batters as the Cards shut out the Rockies 3 to 0.
