Camp Ground Assault

(BOWLING GFREEN)--   Two suspects face assault charges after they allegedly attacked a man at a private campground. 30 year-old Ryan Conner of Louisiana and 33-year-old Burtis Cover the Third of Salem are accused of repeatedly punching and kicking a man. The incident allegedly happened at 2:40 a.m. July 20th at a property along Pike County Road 118.

Authorities said the victim had a broken nose, broken left eye socket and a dislocated shoulder.

An arraignment for Conner is September 10th. A court date has not been set for Cover.
