MO 168 BRIDGE WORK
(PALMYRA)—Work begins today on replacing the Missouri 168 bridge across the North River just west of Palmyra. Detour signs will send traffic over state routes Z and C. Local traffic will have access to 168 from the east and west.  The new bridge will be 28 feet wide and will not have overhead trusses. Bleigh Construction is the contractor on the 1.52 million dollar project. Work is expected to be complete in November.

CHAMP CLARK BRIDGE WORK
(LOUISIANA)—You can expect one lane traffic this week on the Champ Clark Bridge at Louisiana. You can expect delays between 9 a-m and 6 p-m as crews complete preparation work for repairs to the bridge. The bridge will be completely closed for about eight days on Friday. Crews are repairing damage caused by a fatal crash on the bridge last December. Repair work is expected to cost 257-thousand dollars.
