Bowling Green Man Pleads Guilty to Quincy Charges

A Bowling Green man pleads guilty to charges filed in connection with an incident at a Quincy apartment complex last year.

39 year old Kyle Durham pleaded guilty to unlawful restraint and reckless conduct Thursday in Adams County Circuit Court.

Durham is alleged to have been involved in a disturbance with his wife and another man at Cedar Creek Crossing Apartments on North 12th last August 26th.

Sentencing is set for June 29th.
