A continuing investigation into an incident in Quincy on New Year’s Eve results in the arrest of a Clark County man.

Clark County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert Missen on New Year’s Day on an Adams County warrant as the result of an incident in the 1100 block of North 8th on December 31st.

As a result of Quincy Police’s ongoing investigation, 35 year old Daniel Cluney of Wyaconda was taken into custody Tuesday.

Both Missen and Cluney are charged with aggravated kidnapping, kidnapping, aggravated battery and unlawful restraint.

Cluney is in the Clark County Jail on $350,000 bond.
