This brand new information about the best real estate zip codes in America was just shared by The Hill which is based on research done by Realtor.com. They crunched numbers to measure market demand and the pace of sales determined by how many days a home in a zip code stays active until it's under contract.

Out of all the zip codes in America, #2 is this one in Missouri.

It's Ballwin, Missouri which has an average time of only 16 days for homes to be on the market before they are sold. That is a blistering pace for homes entering the market and then leaving with a new owner.

I have some friends in the St. Louis, Missouri area that work in the real estate business and I see them mention often how popular some parts of the metro are right now when it comes to home buying. It's obvious that more people are realizing that the narrative of how dangerous St. Louis is really doesn't apply to many of the suburbs.
