UPDATE: Plainville Man Dies in Adams County Motorcycle Crash

UPDATE:

A Plainville man dies from injuries suffered in a motorcycle crash just east of Adams at 1:10 a.m. Friday.

The Adams County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies responded to a report of a motorcycle crash near the intersection of N703rd Lane and E1638th Street.

Deputies arrived to find a crashed motorcycle on the south side of the road.

The operator of the motorcycle, 59 year old Greg Uppinghouse of Plainville, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Adams County Coroner’s Office.

Authorities are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash in Liberty early Friday morning.

The Adams County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies responded to a motorcycle crash on North 703rd Lane, east of East 1638th Street in Liberty just after 1 a.m. Friday.

Officers say a pickup truck was also involved in the crash.

No other details are available. The identity of the person killed in the crash has not been released pending notification of family.

The investigation into the crash continues.
