ATV Crash in Quincy Results in DUI Charges

A Quincy man faces several charges after Quincy Police say the ATV he was operating struck a car parked in a driveway in the 600 block of South 12th in Quincy at 11:07 Sunday night.

Police reports say the ATV was driven down an down an alley between 11th and 12th, Ohio and Payson when it crossed 12th and drove into the rear of a car parked in a driveway. Quincy Police say 31-year-old Christopher Clapp left the scene but was later located and arrested on charges of DUI, unlawful operation of an ATV, operating an uninsured vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident and no valid registration.

Police say Clapp was taken to the Blessing Hospital emergency room for treatment following the  crash.
