Arrest Follows Altercation in Hannibal

(HANNIBAL)—Hannibal Police say a 52 year old New London man sustained injury and a 30 year old Moscow Mills man was taken into custody on a 24 hour hold following an altercation early Sunday morning in the 200 block of South Main. Hannibal Police say they were called for a fight in progress inside a bar. Police say the injured man was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital and later transferred to Blessing Hospital in Quincy. Hannibal Police say the incident remains under investigation.
