Adams County Shooting Investigation [updated]

Adams County Sheriff’s deputies say a shooting is under investigation.
Coroner Jim Keller says 19 year old Logan Graham died at Blessing Hospital Monday. The shooting occurred near Burton. Deputies were called at 2:45 Monday afternoon for a home invasion in progress east of Quincy. Prior to their arrival, a 20 year old male drove away. Deputies located the vehicle and a short pursuit ensued without the man stopping. Deputies say the individual returned to the address of the home invasion. When deputies arrived… the found the man with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The investigation is being handled by Illinois State Police.
