3 Arrests Follow Underage Alcohol Sale Compliance Check in Quincy

Quincy Police and the Illinois Liquor control commission checked 25 businesses during an alcohol compliance check Tuesday.
22 of the businesses passed. Employees at El Rancherito,  Harrison Express and Save-A-Lot at 837 Jefferson were arrested after they sold alcohol to an underage volunteer with identification identifying them as being under 21. The employees were issued citations for sale of alcohol to a minor and released on scene.
