The Adams County Health Department reported another 117 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 Monday.

The latest cases include 62 males and 55 females, age zero to 90s.

This brings the coronavirus total in Adams County to 2,910, with 63 hospitalized, age 20s to 90s, seven in intensive care and 30 deaths.

The preliminary seven-day positivity rate for cases as a percent of total tests rises to 18.87%.

 

Along with Adams County’s 117 new COVID cases, there were another 80 confirmed coronavirus cases and an additional death reported in western Illinois Monday.

The Pike County Health Department reported its 14th COVID related death, a female in her 80s.

There were also 54 new coronavirus cases in Pike County Monday, 23 females and 27 males, age 10 to 80s.

The Pike County COVID total is now 614, with 157 active and ten hospitalized.

In Hancock County, there were 26 new coronavirus cases reported Monday, eight males age pre teen to 80s and 18 females age teens to 70s.

The Hancock County total is now 589 with 245 isolated, ten hospitalized, 328 recovered and six deaths.
