Young Fan Writes Heartfelt Note to Blues

The St. Louis Blues are down but not out. And one young Blues fan is taking it upon herself to provide a few words of encouragement to the guys by way of a handwritten letter to the team.

“We can do this. I [know] we can! Just [picture yourself] next to the cup. That will be you someday,” she writes.

Blues play-by-play announcer Chris Kerber posted the note, written by his daughter Emily, to his personal Facebook page along with the caption “I freakin love this. This is the note I found in the Kitchen counter when I got home tonight after game 5.”

She closes with what may be the truest words ever written about the defending champion Chicago Blackhawks:

“Since we beat them, we can beat anyone!”
