Watch Dog the Bounty Hunter Try to Give Missouri Inmates ‘Hope’
Dog the Bounty Hunter has left his TV life and is doing something that most people wouldn't. He is visiting prisons trying to give inmates hope and his tour recently took him through the Missouri State Prison.
Dog the Bounty Hunter (aka Duane Chapman) gained fame on television as the man who could track down just about any criminal. As Fox 4 out of Kansas City shared, now he's speaking to those same inmates about how they can turn their lives around.
According to Dog the Bounty Hunter's official website, this is now Duane's "Light Up the Darkness" ministry that he started with his wife Francie.
It wasn't that long ago that Dog the Bounty Hunter returned to TV in a completely unique way as he was revealed to be the "Armadillo" on "The Masked Singer".
According to Newsweek, Duane Chapman will soon star in a video game about himself. Plus, he has his own "Beyond the Bounty" podcast, too.
It's encouraging that Dog the Bounty Hunter is trying to use his fame to reach out to those in prison who society has given up on. I saw one comment on the YouTube share mention they have a friend doing 74 years in the Missouri State Prison and Dog's visit was one of the very few positive things that has happened to him in years.
