Veteran Vaccine Bus Tour Comes to Northeast MO Friday

Veterans in northeast Missouri who would like to receive the one-dose Johnson and Johnson COVID vaccine will have the chance to do so Friday.

The Harry S Truman VA Hospital is sponsoring the Veteran Vaccine Clinic Bus Tour March 12th, with the goal of getting vaccines in the arms of veterans in rural Missouri.

Stops on the bus tour include the City Building in Paris from 1 to 1:30 p.m., the United Methodist Church in Monroe City from 2:15 to 2:45 p.m. and American Legion Post 55 in Hannibal from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.

The vaccine is available to any veteran eligible to receive VA care.
