Vancil Performing Arts Center to be Featured on Local PBS TV Station WQEC

The Vancil Performing Arts Center in Quincy will be featured on PBS stations WQEC in Quincy, WMEC in Macomb and WSEC in Springfield tomorrow and then again on Sunday.

The Vancil Performing Arts Center will be a part of the "State of the Arts" program on Friday night at 9:30 p.m., and then repeated on Sunday at 12 noon and 10:30 p.m. The program will feature Cindy Vancil, the owner of Vancil Performing Arts Center as well as some students and instructors as well.

It will highlight how the center has progressed from dancing to incorporating music to benefit the skills of both children and adults. The program is hosted by Becky Cramblit a former Quincy resident.
