(ALEXANDRIA)—A four vehicle crash on US 61 a half mile north of Alexandria at 11:15 Saturday morning results in injuries for three people.

The Missouri Highway Patrol says SUV’s driven by 23-year-old Amanda Dodds of Montrose Iowa and 59-year-old Dianna Clifford of Kahoka were stopped to make a left turn when a car driven by 25-year-old Jessica Paul of Keokuk hit the rear of the stopped Dodds vehicle. Paul’s car then struck an SUV driven by 72-year-old Wanda Pearl of Canton.

Paul sustained serious injuries. A passenger in her car, 2-year-old Scarlett Boyer, sustained moderate injuries. Both were taken to Keokuk Area Hospital for treatment. Dodds sustained minor injuries. She also went to Keokuk Area Hospital for treatment.
