Two Traffic Crashes Saturday in NE Missouri

(PALMYRA)—A one car crash along US 61 two miles north of Palmyra at 3:30 Saturday afternoon results in minor injuries for a Palmyra woman. The Missouri Highway Patrol says 52 year old Laura Glasscock was backing northbound on the southbound shoulder when her car hit a mailbox.. crossed the northbound lanes and median and came to rest at the base of an embankment. Troopers say Glasscock was taken to Blessing Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

(BETHEL)—A one vehicle crash at the east end of Shelby County Road 162 at 9:50 Saturday evening results in minor injuries for a Bethel teen. The Missouri Highway Patrol says a pickup driven by 20 year old Bryan Ramsey of Shelbyville hit an embankment at the end of the road. Troopers say a passenger—16 year old Reece Treasure of Bethel was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
