There were two fatal traffic crashes in northeast and north Missouri Friday night.

The Highway Patrol reports a Centralia woman was killed in a two vehicle crash on Highway 22 west of Mexico in Audrain County at 6:58 p.m. Friday.

An eastbound SUV driven by a Mexico woman was stopped in traffic and was rear ended by a car driven by 62 year old Victoria Roberts of Centralia, who was pronounced dead at University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia.

 

Meanwhile, a Marceline, Missouri teenager was killed in a one car crash on Linn County Route M east of Purdin at 10:17 p.m. Friday.

Highway Patrol Troop B at Macon reports that a northbound car driven by a Brookfield teen ran off the road, struck an embankment and overturned.

The driver and his three passengers were all ejected from the car. One of the passengers, 17 year old Maysell Crossland of Marceline, was pronounced dead at the scene.
