A Bowling Green woman who allegedly confessed to taking more than 31 thousand dollars from a payday loan firm goes to trial December Seventh.
29-year-old Amanda R. Johnson is charged with felony stealing. She’s accused of taking over 31 thousand dollars from the accounts of more than 75 customers of Tri-State Payday Loan Company.    Bowling Green police began their investigation after the company notified them of discrepancies found between September of 2009 and May of 2011. Johnson was the only employee of the Bowling Green office at the time.    A pre-trial hearing was set for November 13th.
