A trial is set next month for a man accused in a Peoria house fire that killed four people, including a 2-year-old boy.

The Journal Star reports that Aunterrio Barney was to go to trial on Monday. But the trial was postponed until July 28 because Barney's attorney says there were issues with experts scheduled to testify.

The 37-year-old is accused of setting a fire in April 2010 that killed sisters 24-year-old Youlandice Simmons, 22-year-old Brianna Simmons and 19-year-old Darresse Roddy. Youlandice Simmon's 2-year-old son died the next day.

Barney fled and U.S. Marshals arrested him two months later in North Carolina.
