(BOWLING GREEN)--  A new trial dates have been set for a former Bowling Green man accused of sex acts with a girl who was six at the time. 36-year-old Raymond Louis Henry Junior is charged with statutory rape and statutory sodomy. The incidents allegedly took place between May First of 2008 and January 15th of 2009.

Henry was arrested after a Bowling Green police investigation. He is currently serving a sentence for burglary and stealing at the state prison in Jefferson City.

The jury trial had been set for September, but has been moved to November 15th and 16th.
