Authorities in western Missouri are seeking the public's help in ensuring the safety of three missing siblings believed to be with their mother, who doesn't have legal custody of them.

Cass County sheriff's Maj. Jeff Weber said Monday an endangered person advisory has been issued for 11-year-old Tabitha Davis, 14-year-old Jasper Davis, and 15-year-old Jordan Davis. Their father reported them missing Friday from their Harrisonville home.

Weber says authorities believe the children are with their mother, 44-year-old Sherri Lynn Davis, but that she doesn't pose any apparent threat to the children. Weber also says Sherri Davis hasn't had contact with the children for about three years. He says the couple divorced a few years ago.
