I'm pretty sure my wife would agree that I have next to no home renovation skills. If I did, I'd love to do what a Missouri couple did who turned a 1910 farmhouse into a charming Airbnb in the Ozarks.

Kudos to Only In Your State for the heads up on this place. They did an article about living out your own fairytale and that sounds about right after I looked up pics and details on this Airbnb. The listing itself on Airbnb has a lot more pictures and details about how this farmhouse came to be a really nice weekend getaway possibility.

1910 Farmhouse is Now an Airbnb in Missouri's Ozarks

Nici and Jared's details on Airbnb make the experience sound very special.

Our early 1900s farmhouse retains the charm of a country home but has been updated with all the modern amenities. The 2 story home sits on 5 acres in an ideal location between Springfield & Branson, MO. Make breakfast with eggs from our farm and have your coffee on the patio. You'll feel at home in the country but you're just 5 mins from shops and restaurants, 20 mins to WOW and BassPro and 30 mins to Branson. This is a great place for a family weekend, couples night away, or girl trip...

The surrounding countryside makes the home seem more remote than their directions about being close to town interesting. That's the best thing when you can feel like you're secluded, but having conveniences close.

The cost per night isn't bad at all especially if you consider splitting this up with friends or another couple. Current nightly cost if $186. Be sure to check out their Airbnb listing for more pics and information about reservations.
