The Race is On for Hannibal Mayor

(HANNIBAL)—Former Hannibal City Councilman Lou Barta says he’ll run for mayor in the April 2013 municipal election.

Barta says Hannibal faces an array of challenges hampering Hannibal’s growth and future success. Barta points to his management career and track record on the Hannibal City Council. Barta has also started a website for his campaign.

Mayor Roy Hark says he’s planning on seeking another term.
