An eastern Missouri teenager has been arrested in the theft of more than 100 pounds of explosives from a quarry. Eighteen-year-old Dylan Huber of Moscow Mills was taken into custody on Tuesday, and police are searching for 19-year-old Joshua Wilcockson of Troy. The theft occurred May 14th at the Fred Weber quarry near Troy.
At 01:19 a.m. Sunday morning, officers of the Hannibal Police Department were called to Ole Milts bar, in the 200 block of S. Main in regards to a fight in progress.
