Spirit Halloween Has 46 Illinois Locations & Some Open in August

For some, we are approaching their favorite time of year when the air gets a chill and costumes are sought. If that describes you, know that Spirit Halloween has 46 locations and I'm hearing that some are already open while others will open in August.
