Six Area COVID Related Deaths, 98 New Cases Tuesday

Along with Adams County’s 59 new cases and one death, there were 13 new cases and one new COVID related death in western Illinois Tuesday.

The Hancock County Health Department reported nine new lab confirmed cases along with one additional death.

There have now been 1,463 coronavirus cases in Hancock County, with 203 isolated, six hospitalized and now 29 deaths.

In Pike County, officials report four new COVID cases, bringing their case total to 1,508, with 67 active, 12 hospitalized and 39 deaths.

Northeast Missouri health department officials reported 26 new cases and four COVID-19 related deaths Tuesday.

The Marion County Health Department reported three new deaths and 16 new confirmed coronavirus cases Tuesday.

The Marion County case total is now 3,282, with 125 active, eight hospitalized and now 62 deaths.

In Lewis County, officials reported their 15th COVID related death, along with seven new confirmed cases.

There have now been 1,001 coronavirus cases in Lewis County with 89 active.

The Clark County Health Department reported three new COVID cases Tuesday, bringing their total to 605, with 18 active and 21 deaths.
