Retail Theft and Marijuana Arrest in Quincy

(QUINCY)—A Hannibal man is in the Adams County Jail following his arrest at a business in the 6100 block of Broadway in Quincy Monday. Quincy Police say Justin Hull of Hannibal is charged with felony retail theft, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
