Quincy Turns Himself In On Child Pornography Charges

A Quincy man turns himself in to authorities on child pornography charges.

Quincy Police report they began an investigation in November of 2018 into someone sharing child pornography on social media.

The results of the investigation were turned over to an Adams County Grand Jury July 25th.

On July 30th, an arrest warrant was issued for 22 year old Nicholas Bliven on charges of distribution and possession of child pornography.

Bliven turned himself in on the outstanding arrest warrant Monday.

Bliven was released on $2,500 cash bond pending his next court date.
