Quincy Police Looking for Person Who Stole Charitable Collection

Quincy Police are looking for the person spotted on surveillance video stealing a charitable collection from the counter at a local grocery store.

The video shows the woman stealing a collection container for juvenile diabetes from the check out counter of a Quincy Hy-Vee store.
