Quincy Night Club Owner Turns Himself in on Assault Charges

A Quincy night club owner charged in connection with an incident involving a Quincy University student turned himself in to police Thursday.

47 year old Steven Homan was processed, posted bond and was released.

Homan was charged Wednesday with aggravated battery.

He is alleged to have assaulted 19 year old Jazzpher Evans, a QU freshman, in The Barn night club early on the morning of April 4th.

Homan’s first court appearance is scheduled for May 5th.
