Quincy Man Arrested on Traffic and Drug Charges

A Quincy man faces multiple charges following his arrest by Quincy Police.

Officers say 26-year-old Johnny Presley was taken to the Adams County Jail following his arrest at 18th and Quintron Way. Police say Presley is facing charges of aggravated fleeing to elude, speeding, operating an uninsured vehicle, no valid driver’s license, possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and bringing contraband into a penal institution.
