Quincy Man Arrested After Crashing into House

A Quincy man was arrested Saturday after crashing into another vehicle and a residence.

Quincy Police were called to the 900 block of North Third at 7:57 a.m. Saturday. An investigation revealed a vehicle, driven by 22 year old Kyle Altgilbers was southbound on 3rd Street, struck an unoccupied vehicle, left the road and struck a residence, damaging the front porch and destroying a wheel chair ramp.

Altgilbers was arrested for suspicion of DUI, improper lane usage, no valid driver’s license, possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia.

He posted bail and was released.
