Quincy Fires

(QUINCY)—Quincy firefighters made short work of a fire at 1012 State late Tuesday afternoon.

Firefighters say the fire was confined to a corner of the exterior of the building. Assistant Chief Rob Tipton says the fire does not appear to be suspicious but investigators have been called in.

(QUINCY)—Fire Tuesday evening heavily damages a shed at 1503 Gayla Drive. Tri Township firefighters were able to keep flames from spreading to a nearby house. The shed is a total loss. No cause has been determined at this time.
