Quincy Firearm Arrest

(QUINCY)—A report of an individual with a gun results in one arrest late Tuesday evening.

Quincy Police responded to the 4th and Oak area and received information that Leroy Howard had displayed a hand gun and threatened several people.

Howard was located a short time later in the area and taken into custody. He’s in the Adams County Jail on a charge of possession of a firearm by a felon.
