For the second time in five months, a Quincy contractor has been charged with home repair fraud.

Quincy Police report the arrest Thursday of 64 year old Randy Ferguson for aggravated home repair fraud.

Ferguson, doing business as Construction Services Unlimited, is alleged to have agreed to do work at the residence of an elderly couple in December of 2020.

The couple allegedly paid Ferguson $25,000 up front, the work was not completed and the money was not returned.

Ferguson is in the Adams County Jail on $100,000 pending a court appearance.
